We only accept this forms of payment.
Credit Card Payments: by phone or secured e mail PayPal Payments:
Money Order Payments: We accept US money orders if you mail in your order - no international, COD, personal checks or cash is accepted

Availability: We update this site every day to avoid overselling. If an item is discontinued or out of stock for an extended period of time, we will ship the balance of your order and credit your method of payment.

Back orders: We update this site every day with our current stock and try our best to stock enough of all items. Sometimes, we do run into shortages. Any items that are found temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped to you at our expense as soon as we receive shipment from our vendors, usually in 2-4 weeks.

You are charged for your entire order up front. You have the option of cancelling any back ordered items by contacting us without incurring a cancellation fee at any time. All back ordered items are subject to availability.

Cancellation Fee: To cancel an order, use our contact us form. If you need to cancel your order AFTER you've authorized payment but BEFORE we've shipped your order, you will be accessed a cancellation fee of $5. This is to cover our loss in clerical time and extra fees charged by our processing company to credit your money back to you. It is your responsibility to contact us if you believe there may be problems with your order.

Orders cancelled AFTER we've shipped are subject to our return policy.

Refunds: All refunds are subject to our return policy, our damage claim policy or our backorder policy.

Unclaimed Shipments: If you'd like reshipment of an order we've received as unclaimed, you are liable for shipping charges to reshipment the package. We do not refund original shipping charges.
